IPO applications, without the busywork

One small step.
Three months of ease.

Badhat sends the IPO application emails your broker needs — from your own Gmail account, with permission you grant once and that expires on its own after 90 days.

01

A private invitation

Your admin sends you a personal link. It works only for your email address, and only until it expires.

02

One authorization

You grant a single permission — to send IPO application emails from your Gmail account. Nothing else.

03

Applications on time

When an IPO opens, the application email goes out for you. You approve the payment yourself, on your phone.

Your money stays yours.
Badhat never sees your UPI PIN, never holds your funds, and never approves a bank transaction. Every fund-block request is reviewed and approved by you, in your own UPI app.

What Badhat asks of your Google account

One permission, requested once, when you open your invitation. Badhat uses the Gmail API only to send — it cannot read, search, download, or delete anything in your mailbox, and it never sees a payment credential.

Read the Privacy Policy for how this data is stored, used, and deleted. You can withdraw the permission at any time from your Google Account.

Investors don’t need an account — just open the invitation link your admin sent you.
